Ltd announced the launch of its new Switch Series Ultra-thin Waterproof Micro Switch, achieving an impressive 10 million clicks lifespan within an ultra-slim 3mm profile, setting a new benchmark for the industry.

The micro switch features a proprietary high-durability conductive structure and high-resilience metal spring design, combined with precision waterproof sealing (IP67 rating). This ensures both excellent tactile feedback and stable conductivity, even under harsh conditions such as moisture or dust.

During development, the engineering team optimized the contact materials, reinforced the internal structure, and precisely tuned the actuation curve, achieving an ideal balance between mechanical durability and protection. Compared to traditional micro switches, the Switch Series is about 40% thinner and offers twice the lifespan, providing greater design flexibility for applications in wearable devices, smart home products, and automotive electronics.
