MTS Series DPDT 6-Pin Miniature Toggle Switch with Multiple Contact Configurations

The MTS Series Miniature DPDT Toggle Switches offer a versatile and reliable solution for diverse switching needs. Engineered with a Double Pole Double Throw (DPDT) configuration and a standard 6-pin termination, these switches provide two independent switching circuits and are available with solder or PC board mounting options, including right-angle PC mount.

The MTS Series features a variety of actuator styles and termination types, ensuring compatibility across different designs. These robust switches utilize high-quality materials, such as brass with silver plating for solder terminals and brass with PC terminals for PC board mounting. Built to withstand demanding conditions, the switches have a high electrical life (≥ 10,000 cycles) and mechanical life (≥ 100,000 cycles), with a rating of 6A 125VAC / 3A 250VAC and a contact resistance of 50mΩ max. They also offer a dielectric strength of 1500VAC for 1 minute, and can operate reliably within a wide operating temperature range (-25°C to +85°C) and have a minimum insulation resistance of 1000MΩ at 500VDC.

Designed for flexibility, the MTS Series offers multiple contact arrangements such as ON-ON, ON-OFF-ON, ON-(ON), and (ON)-OFF-(ON), which provides options for maintaining, momentary and locking functions, making them suitable for applications in telecommunications, instrumentation, networking, medical equipment, and guitar effect pedals.
